Do you want be a part of the oldest competition in San Carlos? Write an intriguing skit about extraordinary people for the Chickens’ Ball. We can’t wait for your hilarious one-liners, eye-dropping sets, and dazzling costumes! Our story begins when Landlady Annabelle O’Leary acquires the first champagne shipped to San Francisco and serves the bubbling beverage to an odd assemblage of boarding house guests. What happens next inspires us to lure these characters to our San Carlos stage! We bring them to life through our sense of community and play. So, let’s join in the spirit of San Carlos and the San Francisco Barbary Coast to make the 2020 Chicken’s Ball a fun memory for all!
